The social value we create on our projects changes lives

We create social value by using our projects as vehicles to meet the needs of local communities.

We are driven by the opportunity to change people’s lives through investing in people, supporting businesses, inspiring communities and respecting our neighbours.

Responding to those disadvantaged by unemployment

The Connectivity Centre concept came to life during our involvement with the Australian Government’s Building the Education Revolution. We recognised the role we could play in positively connecting disadvantaged job seekers with opportunities arising from our projects, both during construction and beyond. Our approach to Social Value

Using our projects to create positive change, we challenge our project teams to connect with their communities in ways that have meaning for them, and look for ways to support their success.

To further support this, we undertake research to better understand social value and share our learnings with industry and government, so that the difference we make is as impactful as possible.
