Ben Keenan

Ben is head of legal and insurance functions in Europe.

After a private practice career as a commercial litigator with a national law firm in Sydney, Ben joined Multiplex in 2004 to coordinate the resolution of construction disputes on projects around Australia.

Ben transferred to the UK in 2005, where he assumed responsibility for all legal and governance issues affecting the UK business, including contract review and negotiation, risk management and dispute resolution.

He was actively involved with launching the business in Canada in 2010, negotiating the new entity’s first construction contracts, establishing a legal and governance framework and sitting on the company’s executive boards.

In 2011, Ben became an executive director of the UK and Canadian businesses, and has since operated in a mix of legal and strategic roles. He has a passion for creating dynamic and progressive business environments which align core values with tangible commercial outcomes.
