On 19 September 2018, a final injunction order was made by the High Court of Justice (Claim No. HQ18X02657) prohibiting anyone from trespassing on the sites known as and located at 22 Bishopsgate, 100 Bishopsgate and Principal Tower (formerly known as Principal Place Residential). 

The injunction will remain in place until 31 July 2020.  Anyone in breach of the injunction will be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.  A copy of the injunction can be found here.

On 1 March 2019, an injunction order was made by the High Court of Justice (Claim No. QB-2019-000645) prohibiting anyone from climbing or ascending to a height of more than 2 metres above ground level upon any building, structure or equipment at:

  • Site known as One Nine Elms and located at Market Towers, 1 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW8 5NQ
  • Site known as DAMAC Tower and located at 63-71 (odd), Bondway, London, SW8 1SQ
  • Site known as 48 Carey Street and located at New Court, 48 Carey Street, London, WC2A 2JE
  • Site known as 80 Charlotte Street and located at 80 – 84 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 4QS
  • Site known as Marble Arch Place and located at Marble Arch Place, Marble Arch, London, W1H 7AP
  • Site known as The Broadway and located at New Scotland Yard, 8-10 Broadway, London, SW1H 0GB
  • Site known as Chelsea Barracks and located at Chelsea Barracks, Chelsea Bridge Road, London, SW1W 8RH
