Watch as Principal Tower rises into a 50-storey skyscraper

Designed by Foster + Partners, our Principal Tower project sits between the vibrant Shoreditch area and the City of London. It includes 273 high-end apartments across 50 floors as well as a spa, state-of-the-art gym and resident's cinema. We also delivered 39 affordable and 17 socially rented apartments for the Borough of Hackney.
