A state-of-the-art residential complex in a historical area of central London

The project contains 221 studios, one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, complete with underground parking facilities and a state-of-the-art leisure complex.

Above ground, the development comprises nine floors formed in reinforced concrete with a heavily-articulated handset stone and aluminium façade. Basement level one features the underground car parking space, while basement level two includes the main plant area and amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, cinema room, private dining areas and kitchens. A select few of the development’s premium apartments feature private gardens, and the project also contains an enclosed courtyard with a children’s play area and mature trees.

Lincoln Square is located on an island site bounded by the Royal Courts of Justice, New Court Chambers, the London School of Economics and the Royal College of Surgeons. As part of the Strand Conservation Area in Westminster, the building’s unique design by architect PLP takes into account the historical context of the surrounding community. It features British Stanton Moor sandstone stonework with Portuguese Moleanos on the east façade to match the delicate beige of the nearby buildings.
