The Jump Start Program is an initiative aimed at giving female students in Years 10 to 12 a deeper understanding of what a career in the Built Environment has to offer.

The Multiplex women spearheading this initiative are based in our One Denison Street Project in North Sydney, and have created this mentoring program in hopes of informing young females on the vast opportunities within the Built Environment.

The program will begin with a presentation to the Year 10-12 female students in neighbouring schools. This will be followed by a site tour of the Multiplex One Denison St Project in North Sydney, which has proven to be one of North Sydney’s most iconic projects to date. It will be the new headquarters for Nine Network and the tallest building within this region. This site tour presents such a rare opportunity for these students to experience and see the creation of this iconic building.

Following this walk, the female Multiplex employees will offer ongoing support to the students who are eager to learn more and be involved in the program. Our team will mentor these students and provide insight on university life, work life and the industry. This will occur through various mentoring sessions, panel discussions and interactive workshops.
