Multiplex wins contract to build new Address Residences in Dubai

The mixed use project which consists of 77-storey tower, three basement levels as well as podium and ground levels, will have a built up area of approximately 257,000m2.  It will be the tallest tower along Jumeirah Beach Walk, and will boast amazing views of the Arabian Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa will feature a hotel with 217 rooms and suites, La Dolce Vita-inspired serviced apartments as well as unfurnished residential units.

The project is scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2020.
