Transforming a historic area
15 St Helen’s Place is located in the heart of the City of London, on the last remaining private road opposite the Leathersellers’ livery company headquarters.
Multiplex was engaged as the design and build contractor, preconstruction advisor and CDM coordinator for this development on behalf of the 100 Bishopsgate Partnership, which is owned entirely by Brookfield Property Partners.
The project is a short walk from the nearby Bank and Liverpool Street station commuter hubs and incorporates a significant public realm area. The building’s substructure is connected to the neighbouring 100 Bishopsgate, although the majority of its service connections remain separate.
15 St Helen’s Place is a seven-storey building, being developed behind a retained façade on St. Helen’s Place with a new pre-cast concrete and glazed façade on its north, east and west faces.
