An A-grade commercial tower
Multiplex has designed and constructed Quattro – Tower B, one of five commercial towers on the Collins Square site in Melbourne.
Working closely with renowned architects Bates Smart, Multiplex has helped enhance Melbourne's CBD, contributing to a vibrant new business precinct.
Quattro – Tower B is a 19-storey Property Council of Australia (PCA) Grade A office tower with primary tenant the Australian Taxation Office consolidating their divisions across levels 1 to 17, occupying over 38,000 metres squared.
The underground and ground levels contributes to the retail precinct, which includes a sophisticated combination of services including multiple cafes, restaurants, fashion outlets and specialty retailers.
The basement accommodates car parking, loading docks, tenant storage suites and bike parking.
As leaders in commercial development in Australia, Multiplex carried out multiple sustainable design initiatives to provide a highly flexible and iconic workspace for Melbourne.
