Completed five weeks ahead of schedule, the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) Hotel is located on the corner of Victoria and O’Connell Streets opposite the Queen Victoria Market.

Adjacent to the ANMF headquarters, the eight level, 29-room hotel sits behind the fully restored heritage façade of the Central Club Hotel.

Designed and constructed to the rigorous Passivhaus standard, the sustainable build utilised a cross-laminated timber structure to significantly reduce the embodied carbon in the building compared to a typical concrete structure.

The completed hotel will provide affordable and convenient accommodation for local, regional and rural ANMF members.
