A LEED Platinum certified office tower with extensive sustainability features

The east tower features a 44 storey tower and six storey podium. It showcases a light-filled lobby with a 30-foot ceiling that extends onto the grassed courtyard, a link to the PATH network, and access to the four storey underground parking garage.

The east tower incorporates advanced operational, environmental and life-safety systems, including a rain water cistern to reduce indoor potable water usage by 40 per cent and Enwave’s Deep Lake Water Cooling system.

The tower houses a green roof on its podium and offers an ‘ecozone’ with parking spaces for electric and hybrid vehicles and carpooling spaces. At the time of completion, the east tower was one of the largest projects in Ontario to receive LEED Platinum certification.
