‘AAA’ Class, LEED Platinum certified commercial office tower in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District.

The north tower is the third and final tower in the Bay Adelaide Centre complex. At 32 storeys with two levels of mechanical penthouse and a nine storey podium, the tower stands 139 meters above grade and is a fixture of the downtown skyline.

It features direct access to the underground PATH network at concourse level and four levels of underground parking. Multiplex maintained full operation and public access to the concourse and parking during below grade works.

The project, which targets LEED Platinum certification, includes a glazed curtain wall with metal panel envelope system and best-in-class operational, environmental and life-safety systems such as Enwave’s Deep Lake Water Cooling system.
