Carefirst One-Stop Multi-Service Centre is a five-storey, 53,000 square foot community centre.
The centre was constructed to address the social and healthcare needs of the growing population in the Greater Toronto Area. It features a multi-service social centre, family healthcare centre and clinic, a respite care unit, complementary retail and rental space, an administration office, cafeteria and outdoor garden.
The project involved demolition and remediation of the existing site, followed by construction of the new centre.
