Core Condominiums, Toronto
Core Condos is a high-rise residential condominium development. When complete, the development will provide a stunning 26 storey black and white tower with sculpted facades and an array of glass windows and balconies that will contain 233 units and provide fantastic views of Lake Ontario and Toronto’s urban core.
Core Condos will feature two distinct facades differentiating the east and west elevations and a unique three-storey podium with stone and heritage facades.
The podium will incorporate the southern heritage façade of 68 and 70 Shuter Street, a 19th century Georgian-style row house, while the compromised façades of the adjacent 64 and 66 Shuter Street will be taken down to make way for the development.
The developmet will be located in the heart of the downtown core and only a few blocks from the Toronto Eaton Centre, Yonge subway line and Ryerson University.
