Festival Towers, Brisbane
Multiplex started construction of Festival Towers in 2004. Standing on the site of Brisbane’s old Festival Hall, on the corner of Albert and Charlotte Streets, Festival Towers has a vivid architectural stance.
With a rich site history as Brisbane’s premier music venue, the foyers have been designed to incorporate artwork paying homage to the many famous artists that played there in the past, from The Beatles to Led Zeppelin.
Located in a prime position and providing spacious modern design, first class technology and facilities, Festival Towers comprises of 42 floors of 401 one and two bedroom apartments, each with private balconies and stunning city views.
A podium level also provides residents and guests with five-star recreational facilities, such as a 25-metre lap pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium, lawn, and barbecue area.
Four underground levels and three above-ground levels are dedicated to car parking. At street level, the cafes, restaurants and bars blend into Brisbane’s thriving café society in the heart of the bustling CBD. A short stroll away is the Queen Street Mall, Treasury Casino, the Botanic Gardens and the Sunday Riverside markets.
Completed on schedule in 2007, Festival Towers primarily functions as a hotel with the majority of leases converted to short-term accommodation stays.
