Delivering a versatile and fully-equipped warehouse facility
Multiplex was contracted to construct a military warehouse in Dubai, to be used as a base by the Australian Defence Forces located around the world.
Built to facilitate container receipt and break down, storage, freight distribution including aircraft pallet building, short-term storage and postal receipt the warehouse is now an integral military facility in the Middle East.
The project entailed the construction of a single double storey warehouse also featuring an administrative facility. The project included a full fit-out and furniture as well as all MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and civil works for the warehouse and surrounding areas.
Multiplex has provided the Australian Defence Forces with a custom-built facility in the UAE, catering for their functional requirements.
