Six towers providing the highest standards of living
The premium residential enclave celebrates life in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), within the dynamic confines of Dubai Marina. It enjoys panoramic views, overlooking the widest and most scenic part of the bay, opposite the prestigious Dubai Marina Yacht Club.
The Marina Promenade consists of 846 suites, housed in six individual residential high-rise towers and a four-storey podium with a combined floor area of 170,000 m2. The six towers range in height from 77 metres to 147 metres, with the shortest tower having 23 floors while the tallest has 39 and they offer a range of one, two and three bedroom options.
Along with residences, the podium features parking for over 1000 cars, squash courts, badminton courts, gymnasiums and a day-care centre. There are also 19 retail outlets located in the podium levels. The leisure facilities on offer at Marina Promenade cater to a high quality of living.
In addition to these outlets, extensive landscaping was carried out to all podium areas to offer an appealing outdoor area for residents.
