Adelaide’s most vibrant new mixed-use precinct
The Market Square project will deliver a flagship mixed-used precinct of national significance, creating a new social and commercial hub for the city.
Development and construction will include an expansion of the Adelaide Central Market with the addition of new speciality retail, a seven-level A-grade commercial office tower complemented by an onsite childcare centre, luxury residences, and an upscale hotel.
Construction is set to commence in June 2022.
