Melbourne One is a 47 storey residential apartment tower with a sleek new design that also incorporates a retained heritage building.

The 47 level development offers 477 apartments with a combination of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Residents facilities are high-end, including a grand foyer with supporting concierge, a gymnasium and an indoor heated swimming pool.

In successfully delivering Melbourne One, Multiplex surmounted significant project complexities including the need to retain and restore the striking heritage façade, initially built in 1911 and designed in an exaggerated Romanesque style with Art Nouveau detailing.
