New Residences of Yorkville Plaza, Toronto

Multiplex has rebuilt the gateway to Yorkville with the conversion of the existing Four Season’s hotel building into luxury condominiums. The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza is an iconic address offering an exclusive collection of condominium suites that will become a pinnacle for Yorkville.

The distinguished brutalist style architecture of the existing 35 storey Four Season’s building (North tower of the Yorkville Plaza complex) is anchored by a contemporary two-storey glass podium featuring an impressive retail envelope that will revitalize a large commercial footprint along Yorkville Avenue and Avenue Road. Vertical glass accents will rise from the podium to highlight Yorkville Plaza and animate this internationally recognized corner.

The converted hotel offers a selection of pied-à-terre, one and two-bedroom suites priced from the mid $300,000’s as the complete revamp of each floor launches the International Collection of suite designs including the Manhattan, New York, Paris, Milan and London.

North tower (existing Four Seasons Hotel): 29,760 m2, South Tower: 16,086m2 new construction of 6 level underground parking levels and two levels podium. Note: 28,012 m2 new tower to be designed and built above South podium on Phase 2 (to be granted).
