Newstead Towers are located just north-east of the Brisbane CBD and directly opposite the historic Gasometer as part of the very popular Gasworks precinct.

There are 314 apartments with a mixture of one, two or three-bedroom configurations. The facility boasts features including its very own man-made beach, pool, spa, gym, yoga lawn and teppanyaki bar, all of which are set amongst sub-tropical, extensively landscaped, recreational areas. The ground floor of the towers include 174 square metres of boutique retail space
