New homes and amenity spaces on Toronto's waterfront

The Quay is a non-typical infill development located at 350-396 Queens Quay West. It involves the demolition of a three-storey podium, the construction of a new 21-storey, 263-unit tower at 370 Queens Quay and a 77-unit extension at 350 Queens Quay.

The BDP Quadrangle Architects-designed development also features a new exercise room and pool deck overlooking Lake Ontario.

The complexity of this development is not isolated to working close to fully operational apartment residences but also having the project site confined between the directly adjacent Gardiner Expressway and the Peter Street Basin – an inlet for Lake Ontario.

Construction will take three years to complete.
