The Residences were constructed and released to the market in two phases. The first, The Residences Phase 1, was completed in 2005. It boasts a total of 743 suites, housed in six individual residential high rise towers and a four-storey podium. Along with villa accommodation, the podiums provide car parking, amenities areas for fitness and guest accommodation. It also features over 20 retail outlets and fully landscaped podium roofs incorporating swimming pools and recreational areas that cater for the leisure time of residents.

The second phase, The Residences Phase 2, completed in 2007, consists of an additional three residential towers and podium structure featuring the same design elements as The Residences Phase 1. To encourage visual interest, the towers tip the skyline at varying heights, dashing between 24 to 41 levels.
