Completing the fit-out of a residential and hotel tower in distress

The development features 118 luxury residences from levels 33 to 57 and 261 hotel guest rooms and suites from levels 11 to 29. In addition, the project includes above-ground valet parking from levels 1 to 7. 

Multiplex joined the project when it has been partially completed and assumed construction management of the remaining majority of fit-out work. This included penthouse residences, rooms, libraries, galleries, entry foyers and terraces, and a state-of-the-art media room. Multiplex also managed the fit-out of the 59,000 square foot spa, swimming pool, restaurant and bar.
