On 19 September 2018, a final injunction order was made by the High Court of Justice (Claim No. HQ18X02657) prohibiting anyone from trespassing on the sites known as and located at 22 Bishopsgate, 100 Bishopsgate and Principal Tower (formerly known as Principal Place Residential).  The injunction will remain in place until 31 July 2020.  Anyone in breach of the injunction will be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.  A copy of the injunction can be found here

Minister for Education and Training, Senator the Hon. Simon Birmingham, announced last week that Multiplex has been awarded a highly prestigious Australian Research Council Grant of $251,000 by the Australian Research Council to study how a unique collaborative approach to social procurement being implemented on the Westmead Hospital Redevelopment can help solve Australia’s youth unemployment problem.
