Meet our graduates

Farida is a Graduate currently located at The Broadway, a prominent mixed-use development in the heart of the City of Westminster.

Working within different departments during my placements and graduate role has allowed me to experience the different phases of a project and the engineering involved at each stage. For example, the process of reviewing tender documents and putting together proposals when based in the preconstruction team and overcoming situations that arise on site with technical solutions whilst based on site.

Sam initially joined Multiplex in 2019 as a co-op student. Now a full-time Site Coordinator, Sam is exposed to unique facets of construction – such as the complex jump form and steel works on his commercial high-rise project – and colleagues with international experience and perspectives.

As a student I heard nothing but good things about Multiplex, and they were all true. That is not something you can gain access to at just any construction company. Multiplex gives you as much as you can take, and as many opportunities for growth as you can handle. One of the most appealing things is you are doing work on the edge of your capability – it's extremely fast-paced but every day is rewarding. It’s invaluable experience you won't get anywhere else.

I enjoyed every Graduate and Cadet catch-up event and Career development course - this also doesn’t end after the Graduate program but continues through your journey with Multiplex.It shows me how Multiplex are willing to invest in their people.
