A modernised town centre that embraces community.
Elephant and Castle Town Centre is more than a leisure destination; it is the heart of the community in this sought after Zone 1 location. Almost 500 new homes, a brand new tube station and a new campus for London College of Communication UAL make up this vibrant development.
Elephant and Castle Town Centre builds on a pre-existing community space, offering residents and visitors an inclusive experience in a reimagined environment. The public square offers space for local services, creating approximately 2,000 full-time jobs and 1,230 new construction related roles per year for the next decade. The new integrated ticket hall links both Northern and Bakerloo lines, and is housed in a deep basement construction.
