Enhancing the Epworth Geelong community's healthcare facilities

Epworth Geelong Teaching Hospital is an innovative and state-of-the-art centre for patients and students, providing a world class learning establishment that has an enduring community impact.

Multiplex has delivered an array of facilities including 262 overnight inpatient beds, 11 operating theatres, two catheter laboratories, two procedure rooms, an emergency department and an intensive care unit. In addition, services for maternity, cardiology, urology, orthopaedics, general surgery, general medicine, respiratory medicine, chemotherapy and renal dialysis have also been provided.

Other features also include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, including a hydrotherapy pool, pathology clinics, diagnostic imaging, back of house hospital functions and car parking facilities.
