The 1.2 million square foot Kings Club project comprises three residential towers above a two storey commercial retail podium, and four levels of underground parking. The towers – 11, 14, and 18 storeys – add 506 residential units and 200,000 square feet of retail to the local community.

Residents of Kings Club have access to 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity areas, including fully furnished common areas, an outdoor rooftop pool, terraces and a bike path that links the development to the thriving urban environment.

The project achieved LEED Silver Core and Shell certification for the commercial retail component, and LEED Silver New Building for residential.
