Luxury seniors living redefining care and community on Chevron Island

Odyssey Chevron Island is a luxury seniors living development on the Gold Coast, combining premium apartments with integrated care and lifestyle amenities.

The development comprises 167 apartments, including a mix of one, two and three-bedroom residences, alongside nine penthouses with private rooftop decks. A dedicated ‘Memory Lane’ level provides tailored accommodation for residents living with cognitive impairments, ensuring the project responds to a broad spectrum of care requirements.

Designed as a lifestyle-led community, the project incorporates an extensive range of shared amenities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, cinema and piano lounge. Retail and communal spaces are integrated throughout the building, supporting social connection and enhancing the resident experience within the Chevron Island village.

Innovative construction methods supported the efficient delivery of the tower, including the use of a large-scale precast concrete system. More than 700 precast elements were incorporated into the structure, forming key vertical components and enabling improved build sequencing, quality control and program certainty across the 19-level development.
