Multiplex is the nominated contractor for the Design and Build of the R&F Properties development; a 58 storey City Tower, a separate 42 storey River Tower and a 173 room luxury hotel that will occupy the lower floors of the River Tower up to the 18th floor.
The project will culminate in two landmark residential towers – the tallest residential towers in Europe – linked together with a glazed bridge that will provide access to City Tower facilities. A brand new five star hotel will include a luxury spa, ballroom, club house restaurant and karaoke bar above the hotel room floors. On completion, the development will provide in excess of 730,000 sq ft of residential apartments, 267,000 sq ft of hotel accommodation, 1,000 sq ft of retail outlets. A large residential lounge and sky garden will be located on level 50 offering panoramic views of London across the River Thames.
