Platinum Towers is a modern residential apartment building located in Southbank, designed to compete with Melbourne's competitive residential standard for Salvo Property Group.
The building spans 52 levels incorporating 438 apartments of one, two, three and four bedroom configurations. The uppermost level of the tower features an expansive variety of private facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym, private dining, sky lounge and wintergarden; with views spanning Melbourne's CBD, Albert Park and Port Phillip Bay.
The building's podium accommodates a restaurant, café and concierge and provides residents with nine levels of car parking.
