A 177 unit senior's residence with onsite amenities and meeting places.
The St. John’s McNicoll Centre (SJMC) development comprises a 14 storey, 185,422 square foot residence.
The project added 177 retirement units, below-grade parking for 114 vehicles, and communal activity spaces to the local Scarborough and SJMC community.
Multiplex delivered the construction and full fit-out of the building, including excavation and shoring of one level below grade for the parking structure.
