Alan Henderson

Alan joined Multiplex in 2018, and during that time has had responsibility for the legal management and assessment of risk for a wide range of construction projects and disputes in the UAE and Qatar.

Alan sits on the Board of Multiplex Middle East and runs the Credit and Risk Committee for the Middle East business. Prior to joining Multiplex, Alan was a Legal Director with Clyde & Co. LLP in Dubai. Alan has been advising contractors on high value, complex construction disputes and contract negotiations in the UAE, Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 10 years.
