Louise Bramble

Louise is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over 20 years’ experience in finance across both development and construction. She began her career at Grosvenor in the shopping centre development business, before moving into residential development and commercial finance roles. Louise then joined Lendlease, where she served as Finance Director for several large, complex urban regeneration projects. She later led the UK Development Finance team, before becoming Finance Director for Lendlease Construction.

Louise is passionate about ensuring that finance maintains strong and positive relationships with operational teams, using its unique perspective to provide insight and drive efficiency. When not monitoring financial targets, she enjoys focusing on a different kind of target—working to improve her archery handicap.
