Michael Sinclair

Michael Sinclair has close to 25 years’ experience in construction across the Queensland market.

Joining Multiplex as a Cadet in 2004, he progressed through operational and leadership roles before being appointed Regional Managing Director for Queensland in 2023. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) and brings extensive experience in project delivery and stakeholder engagement, with a strong track record leading major, complex developments and working closely with clients, consultants and project teams.

As Regional Managing Director, Michael is responsible for leading Multiplex’s construction activities in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, including identifying and securing new opportunities and overseeing the delivery of projects. This includes accountability for construction performance, industrial relations, and health and safety outcomes. He has contributed to and led a number of significant projects across Queensland, including major mixed‑use developments, commercial builds and residential towers.​
