Terry Olynyk

As President and Managing Director of Multiplex in Canada, Terry is responsible for executing business decisions that ensure long-term value, realize innovative solutions for construction partners, and drive precision as the company continues its expansion in Canada.

With more than 25 years in the Toronto construction industry, Terry has expert knowledge of the local market and longstanding and collaborative relationships within the industry. He has an entrepreneurial passion for developing people and product, and drives the continued evolution of construction approaches and practices to create positive impacts.

Terry is LEED accredited and is on the Board of Directors for the Canada Green Building Council Toronto Chapter. He is also Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Toronto Membership Committee.
