David Ghannoum

David Ghannoum is a civil engineer and senior construction leader with more than 35 years’ experience delivering major projects across the public and private sectors.

He joined Multiplex in 1989 and progressed through key project and leadership roles to be appointed Regional Managing Director in 2008. David is recognised for his ability to lead complex, large‑scale developments, with a focus on collaboration, innovation and achieving strong outcomes for clients and project partners.

In his role as Regional Managing Director, David oversees all Multiplex operations across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. He is accountable for project performance across safety, program, cost and quality, and maintains direct engagement with clients throughout delivery. His leadership has supported the consistent delivery of major projects across the region and the successful procurement of significant contracts, including over 60 large‑scale government and private sector developments.

David sits on the Executive Board and is the Chair of the Urban Taskforce.
