Ground breaking ceremony held at One Leadenhall to mark first major milestone

We are proud to announce the recent completion of the demolition, and commencement of piling works at One Leadenhall.

This marks the first major milestone for the project. The Multiplex project team, along with representatives from the client and consultant teams, came together for a ground breaking ceremony to mark the occasion. There were speeches, including one from our Project Director, Andrew Feighery and a traditional blessing of the site also took place by an associate of St Helen’s church, Bishopsgate.

One Leadenhall has been designed by leading architect Make. It is a commercial development that will deliver a 35 storey, highly functional workspace that is efficient and adaptable to a wide range of occupancy styles. It sits alongside the historic Grade II*-listed Leadenhall Market in the City of London. With the piling now underway, we will begin to see the building take shape over the next two years.
