Multiplex constructed the concrete structure with a curtain wall facade comprised of low emission double glazed glass. Noteworthy ESD features also include destination controlled lifts, rainwater harvesting, water efficient fixtures, solar shading, high performance glazing, insulation for improved performance and FSC certified sustainable timber.
