Premium space in the City

98 Fetter Lane is a shell and core new build development located near Chancery Lane in the City of London, offering approximately 60,000 sq ft of commercial space over eight storeys with multiple terraces and a retail unit at ground level.

The development has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, due to its energy efficient façade design, substructure water storage and a green roof.

The site is surrounded by occupied residential and commercial buildings, and access is limited with a constrained turning radius at each corner. These complex logistics made it imperative that all third parties were kept informed of our works with plenty of advance warning.

Multiplex proposed a revised façade specification that improved the overall image of the building, while providing a cost and programme saving for the client. We also incorporated several value engineered solutions before taking over the site.
