BREEAM Excellent

A reimagined neighbourhood for work, discovery and community

A future-focused work space.

Once an industrial centre, Regent Quarter has always been a place of making – a hub of engineering and industry since the 1850s. Thanks to Nan Fung Group’s ambitious masterplan, it’s evolving once again into a vibrant, creative neighbourhood for the next generation of thinkers and doers. Jahn Court is a cornerstone of that vision – reimagined by lead architects Piercy & Co.

This adaptive re-use project has undergone an intricate cut-and-carve process, adding mechanical risers and two new floors while retaining key heritage elements – including the façade – to honour the building’s original identity while preparing it for the future.

The development focuses on sustainability. It uses all-electric systems, aims for low embodied carbon, and is targeting BREEAM Excellent. The project also improves the surrounding area with new pedestrian routes and active ground-floor spaces.

Regent Quarter is designed to support innovation, wellbeing, and community. It brings together old and new, creating a place that respects its past while looking to the future.
