Nine The Esplanade is the second commercial tower to be developed in the Elizabeth Quay precinct, following the completion of One The Esplanade.
Nine The Esplanade is a premium waterfront commercial development at Elizabeth Quay, delivered by Cbus Property in partnership with Brookfield.
The 19-storey commercial tower provides highly efficient office floorplates, premium workplace amenities and more than 4,800 square metres of integrated co-working and conferencing facilities, designed to maximise views across the Swan River and Perth's waterfront precinct.
The development forms part of a broader mixed-use destination, combining mixed-use offices, retail, hospitality and public realm activation. The project incorporates large-span structural systems to create flexible, high-performance workspaces, alongside façade-integrated shading that enhances occupant comfort and building efficiency. With sustainability embedded throughout the design, the tower has received a 6 Star Green Star rating and is targeting a 5.5 NABERS Energy rating and WELL Gold Core certification, contributing to a carbon-neutral commercial portfolio and supporting the evolution of Perth's contemporary business district.
