A unique and vibrant new world city development
A landmark mixed-use riverfront precinct combining luxury hospitality, residential towers, heritage restoration and public spaces.
Queen's Wharf Brisbane is a major integrated resort development that has transformed a previously underutilised riverfront precinct into a vibrant mixed-use destination. Located in the heart of Brisbane, the development reconnects the CBD with the Brisbane River while preserving and celebrating the site's significant heritage assets.
Our scope included delivery of the shell and core works for the main integrated resort, comprising the basement, base building services, tower structures and façade. The project features four towers incorporating premium hotels, residential accommodation, entertainment, retail, dining and gaming facilities, alongside high-quality public realm spaces accessible to residents and visitors.
A key feature of the development is the Sky Deck, positioned 100 metres above street level and delivered using complex strand jacking methodology. The project also includes residential amenities and pool deck facilities. Targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating, the development demonstrates a commitment to sustainability while creating a new tourism, leisure and entertainment destination for Brisbane.
