Ross Snowball

Ross Snowball is Regional Managing Director for Multiplex in Victoria and South Australia, providing strategic and commercial leadership across the business.

With more than 30 years’ experience, he began his carreer at Multiplex in 2005, commencing as Project Manager for the $1bn White City Development in London.​ Since his return to Melbourne in 2007, he has delivered a significant portfolio of projects for government and private clients across a range of sectors, including residential, health, commercial, education, and mixed‑use developments. Ross is known for building strong client relationships, leading high‑performing teams and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Ross has overall responsibility for business performance across the region and remains closely involved in project oversight and client engagement. He previously led the New Business function for over a decade, where he was responsible for developing strategy and securing major opportunities, contributing to the sustained growth of the business.
