Multiplex to deliver mid-rise condominium for Brookfield Residential

TORONTO, CANADA: The construction contract for Brookfield Residential’s Station No.3 Condos project has been signed, confirming Multiplex as Construction Manager.

Construction on the 165,215 square foot mixed-use residential development in Whitby, Ontario is planned to start in January 2022.

“Multiplex has a deep knowledge of this project and the Whitby site having provided logistics, tendering and budget services throughout pre-construction, and we look forward to bringing our expertise to the delivery phase as well,” said Werner Swanepoel, Project Director at Multiplex.

“We look forward to working with Brookfield Residential on this project and within the Whitby community,” said Mohammad Danesh, Multiplex Project Manager for Station No.3 Condos.

Station No.3 Condos features six storeys of above grade residential and retail space including 150 suites, 10 two-storey townhouses and 9,500 square feet of retail at street level, as well as a third-floor courtyard, bar area, gym and yoga studio.

The project is located downtown nearby Whitby's Four Corners, the GO Station, local shops, cafes and restaurants.
