Royal Albert Dock reaches practical completion

We have been working closely with our clients ABP and CITIC since 2015 to deliver this prominent business centre opposite London City Airport, and completing it is a major achievement for the project team and the wider business.

Royal Albert Dock is set to become London's third business district, following the City and Canary Wharf, with Beckton Park DLR station offering easy access to Central London.

The project is situated in a vibrant waterside location and provides over 460,000 sq ft of modern workspaces alongside a significant amount of retail development. The site is just 220m away from London City Airport's live runways, which has required the utmost precision from our team throughout construction.

We are very proud of our achievements, having delivered a world-leading commercial development in a unique part of London. Our work has regenerated this former dockland and provided East London with an iconic commercial hub that will bring new opportunities to the local area.
