A welcome addition to the Gold Coast skyline
Avani Broadbeach Residences has set a new benchmark in beachside living, introducing a quality, design-focused new apartment offering to the thriving Broadbeach precinct.
The development comprises a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and ground floor retail, on the site of the existing Beach Hotel on the Gold Coast Highway. The 35-level tower includes 219 apartments within walking distance of the beach, Kurrawa Surf Club, Star Hotel and Casino, Pacific Fair, and the new light rail network.
The development has been designed by the internationally acclaimed DBI-design, and features a variety of facilities including an outdoor pool and BBQ, zen garden, residents lounge and a gymnasium. The project team fit out the residential units from Level 2 to Level 35 with the inclusion of a “cold shell” tavern on Level 1, which also houses the entry porte cochere and lobby.
Multiplex was engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement to collaborate with the client on planning, design and construction and delivered the project ahead of program.
