Multiplex to deliver 340 new residential units in iconic Toronto waterfront location

TORONTO, CANADA: Multiplex Construction Canada Ltd. (Multiplex) has signed the construction management contract to deliver Pacific Reach’s residential waterfront development, The Quay.

The 350,000 square foot project will bring 340 new rental units to the local community and state-of-the-art amenity spaces for tenants.

“Multiplex has a successful track record of delivering iconic waterfront developments across the globe and we look forward to bringing our expertise to The Quay,” said Multiplex Project Director, Jason Poole.

The project, which is located at 350-396 Queens Quay West, involves the demolition of a three-storey building, construction of a new 21-storey, 263-unit tower, and a 77-unit extension of the existing building at 350 Queens Quay West.

The BDP Quadrangle Architects-designed development also features a new exercise room and pool deck overlooking Lake Ontario.

Construction will take three years with the project targeting completion in the spring of 2024.
