Congratulations to our project team at One Leadenhall, who celebrated topping out alongside our client Brookfield Properties, marking a major milestone in the project’s delivery.

The development, located in the City of London, features 40,000m² of office accommodation, a free public terrace and ground floor retail. Designed by award-winning architecture practice, Make, the 35-storey, 176m building, will grace London’s commercial district and skyline.

The tower complements the surrounding tall buildings in the City’s Eastern Cluster, whilst embracing the heritage of its unique setting. A public terrace on Level 4 overlooks the roof of the adjacent Grade II-listed Victorian Leadenhall Market. One Leadenhall’s large retail offering and improved pedestrian access will welcome both city workers and tourists to the Square Mile, with the terrace offering new views of the city and its historic architecture.

Andrew Feighery, Project Director said:

“We are delighted to have achieved this major milestone safely with Brookfield Properties. The team is now looking towards project completion, and we look forward to engaging on future phases of the development. It’s been a pleasure working with Brookfield and the whole project team.”
